I’ll tell you, travelling for work is rough. When people say, “you can choose to work somewhere else” they really have no idea what they are saying. Basically, it’s ok for these organizations to demand medical decisions for you, then if you object for a medical, religious, or moral reason, they can object and say that you are wrong. What?! You mean to tell me that you know more about my personal medical concerns than my direct providers do? You mean to tell me that these large organizations know more about my personal religious and/or moral beliefs than I do? Please explain.

Also, it may just be one job, but it isn’t. There is no where for me locally to practice Emergency nursing like I was. This organization tens of thousands of dollars into my training and education, only to take the very place I utilize those skills away from me. For those that say it wasn’t taken from me, you are also wrong. I do not have the resources at this time to start a hospital with an emergency department. Therefore, when you remove the possibility of someone to utilize the tools they need to use the skills they have, it has been taken away from you. Explain to me how a completely personal medical decision should dictate this. We all know it’s not about public health. Explain how it makes sense from a business, ethical, or medical standpoint to fire those that are naturally immune and have been working in this pandemic since day one over one injection? How an organization is so short staffed they can’t open beds on units but they are willing to make it dramatically worse over one injection?

A job is more than just a job in many ways. Our employment is a sense of who we are. Is it all we are? No. However, it does dictate a lot of things about our lives. The financial security that we have to afford things. How much time we get to spend with our families. Our physical, mental, and emotional health. A job, means a lot to an individual. Now of course you can look at it from a straight business transaction perspective. In reality, is that how you want your employees to look at it? What kind of employees does that give you? Smart companies want their people to be invested. They want dedicated people. Therefore, that organization needs to be dedicated to the employees. We are about to have a revolution in the working class. These organizations really should have watched, A Bug’s Life. The ants are waking up. They are standing up. They are fed up.

                                                                                                                             Britany Hartzell 10/17/21

The Transition

The transition has been rough to travelling. I am currently in Georgia and it has been very difficult changing everything about my life. Not being able to go home every night, not seeing my family, not being able to hold my kids or tuck them in. This is a very difficult transition, however, I wouldn’t change what I have done. To stand for my personal freedoms and to keep my moral and ethical compass true is essential to who I am. Fighting is hard. My fear is what happens if I don’t fight? When we just give up to anyone who would seek to take over every aspect of our lives, how can we say we are free? If some out of reach giant organization, some billionaire, some government official determines when, where, and how you can spend time with your family, is that free? What kind of world are we living in that our governments feel as though they CAN even consider this? I know it is hard. I know it is exhausting. This is a marathon not a sprint.

This is why it is so vital at time to unplug. Cut out the endless videos, podcasts, channels, and reading. This takes a movement of an entire country, none of this rests on the shoulders of a single individual. As long as we continue to take a stand, continue to educate ourselves, and continue to show up that is what counts. We cannot let the stress of each obstacle crush us. We have to have faith. We have to lean on each other. We each have individual life situations and that means that sometimes we can show up and sometimes we cannot. All we can do is prioritize the things in our life. We can make this as easy as possible on our children but even they need to know and see what is happening. What life are we leaving them when we are gone? Will we teach them compliance and to bend the knee to those who would seek to rule and control them? Or will we teach them to stand strong in their faith, their freedom, and their beliefs?

                                                                                                                             Britany Hartzell 10/08/21

Things have just been hectic and crazy the last few weeks. I have so much information we are getting out at fast as possible. I’ll be honest, the entire country is falling apart around us. Open borders with thousands of illegal aliens crossing the border everyday. A pending collapse of our healthcare systems as vaccine mandate deadlines close in – the solution, A state of emergency so that the National Guard can come work in the hospitals. They have National Guard members driving school buses because of bus drivers quitting due to mandates. The proof of the Maricopa audits for voting fraud have come out….all I can say is “Oh, my god.” Our freedoms are being taken away, our rights are being abolished, and guess what? WE ARE TAKING A STAND. There are so many causes, so many grassroot organizations (like ours) emerging from this, I have sincere hope in the future. This is a dark time in our country, however we are the light that will overcome it. We are the light that will fight it. We are the light that will bring hope to future generations. Here is the evidence that across the country, patriots are taking a stand!

WE ARE NOT ALONE!!!!                                                                Britany Hartzell 9/27/21

I hope I am keeping up with everyone reaching out to me. There are so many of you coming forward to volunteer and I am just awe struck by your support. I want to extend a huge thank you to all of our board members, leaders, and everyone across the state that is helping with this movement. We stand for truth, freedom, and having your own autonomy with your medical decisions. We will not allow educational institutions and businesses to continue to conduct themselves in these unethical ways. We will fight this in the legal realm, in the court of public opinion, and in the media. We have to take a stand for what is right. We have to open our eyes through the “fog of fear” that has been created around us. It is time to come out from behind the tv’s, cellphones, and hectic nature of life we have created. We are going to rebuild our community. We are going to stand for our rights as American citizens. This is about your personal freedoms. This is about the stand we will take before we let others have that power over us. I am going to fight, and I’m not fighting alone.

                                                                                                                             Britany Hartzell 9/9/21

We are growing so rapidly and that makes me so excited for this movement. I have had a LOT of emails for more healthcare professionals signing up and wanting to volunteer. The common theme is that these mandates are wrong. It is simple they are. Since when has an entire country divided over one personal medical decision. We have it posted where the director of the CDC and Fauci even said that these injections do not prevent the spread of this virus. Therefore, you are not protecting anyone else from this virus by getting these injections. This is a 100% personal choice and people need to respect that. We have provided the research for masking and how it is a actually detrimental to your health. This is why P.C. (pre-covid) those of us in healthcare didn’t just wear them all the time. Think about it, we wore them when an individual had flu-like symptoms or there was a concern for Tuberculosis. I can’t even count the number of times a patient would come upstairs, admitted, and then their flu test would come back positive. Now we are forced to wear them around the clock from the time we enter until we leave unless we are eating or drinking. Why? If the hospital has such great vaccination rates  (which they are saying will help) and co-workers get together outside of work then what is the point of constantly masking?

For those that want to say “well it’s FDA approved,” they aren’t wrong. There is a “covid vaccine” that is FDA approved. However, it is not available in the U.S.. I have sent multiple posts and emails to my organization asking if this one will be available to co-workers. Here is a link to the liberty counsel post explaining exactly what happened with FDA approval. The bottom link is to an attorney who reads the actual paperwork on the approval and explains the difference well. Click either link to read and view for yourself.

In preparation for my speech to city council I came across a very interesting city ordinance in the Springfield Code of Ordinances, Chapter 62 – Human Rights Article II, . From the wording of this, every single person that submitted a religious exemption or letter stating that they this injection went against their beliefs should have been accepted and they cannot be terminated. I will be addressing this in my speech.

The definition of Creed from Oxford Languages is: a system of Christian or other religious belief; a faith., a formal statement of Christian beliefs, especially the Apostles’ Creed or the Nicene Creed, and/or a set of beliefs or aims which guide someone’s actions.

Here is the ordinance as of 8/22/21

Sec. 62-34. – Unlawful employment practices.

It shall be an unlawful employment practice:

(1)

For an employer, because of the age, race, creed, color, disability, religion, sex, national origin or ancestry of any individual, to fail or refuse to hire, or to discharge, any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions or privileges of employment; or for an employer to limit, segregate or classify his employees in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee because of such individual’s age, race, creed, color, disability, religion, sex, national origin or ancestry

The Springfield News-Leader posted an article regarding the rally on 08/14/21 that was hosted by United Frontlines, 417 Freedom Fighters, and multiple other groups. We have stated multiple times that we support what these groups are trying to accomplish regarding the vaccine and mask mandates. We currently are utilizing different tactics and not encouraging that well tested and previously approved vaccines kill people or that we also currently do not have an issue with the vaccine requirements that have been around for healthcare personnel for years. This is something that an individual should know and anticipate prior to entering the healthcare field. Here is the communication that was sent to the editor and reporter, Andrew who wrote the article.
