Employees of the Cleveland Clinic Health System previously infected with SARS-CoV-2, of the 1359 who remained unvaccinated, none were re-infected over the 5 month duration of the study. Study concluded individuals who have had SARS-CoV-2 infection are unlikely to benefit from COVID-19 vaccination.
